1. Pay-Per-View Event Access
Pay-per-view purchases for TNC Summit and other flagship showcase events are generally non-refundable once the broadcast has started or access has been granted, except where required by law or in the case of a verified technical failure on our end.
2. Physical Merchandise Returns (30 Days)
Official TNC apparel and merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
3. Digital Content & Downloads
Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, any digital-only content or downloads are generally non-refundable once accessed. If you experience a technical issue accessing purchased content, our support team will work to resolve it promptly.
4. Event Postponement or Cancellation
If a TNC Summit or other paid event is postponed or cancelled by TNC, purchasers will be offered either a full refund or credit toward the rescheduled event, at the purchaser's choice.
