1. Pay-Per-View Summit Events
Once a TNC Summit or other pay-per-view event has begun streaming, purchases are final and cannot be cancelled. If you purchase access before an event but are unable to attend the live stream, replay access (where offered) remains available per the event's stated terms.
- Event postponed by TNC: Purchasers are automatically eligible for a full refund or credit toward the rescheduled date.
- Event cancelled by TNC: Purchasers receive a full refund.
2. Merchandise Order Cancellations
Merchandise orders may be cancelled or modified within a short window after purchase, before the order enters fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies instead.
3. Talent & Scheduling Changes
Because TNC events involve independent athletes and guest talent, the announced competitor lineup for any given event is subject to change. TNC will communicate material lineup changes where possible but does not guarantee any specific athlete's appearance.
